On the nose a perfect blend of savoury and spice. Hints of ginger, white flowers, guava and a touch of creaminess from French oak. The intensity and openness of Viogner is controlled by the tension of Chardonnay. Barrel fermentation adds texture and the palate tightens with a line of phenolics and acid.

Fruit was co-fermented and aged in French oak for three months.
