2013 BLOCK F RESERVE CHARDONNAY
Hand harvested, low cropped fruit from the premium Chardonnay block on our Dixons Creek vineyard. Cropping levels adjusted through pruning technique and green harvesting to 1.0 to 1.5 tonnes per acre.
Whole bunch basket pressing. Full malolactic fermentation with substantially all wild yeasts. Aged in 50% new and 50% one year old French oak barriques for 18 months. Bottled without filtering.
